CANCELLATION POLICY:
Free Cancellation outside 60 days.
Between 10 and 60 days, a 4% Cancellation fee will be applied.
If you are to cancel within 10 days of check-in date, your reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you need to cancel during your stay, The Bluff House Inn has the right to withhold the remaining nights accommodation fare.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:

Check-in is after 4pm. Check out is at 10:00 A.M. Late checkout (12pm) is available for a fee of $150.

The Bluff House Inn is a "Self Check-in" style resort. Your reservation information will be sent to both your email and your cell phone.

PET POLICY:
The Inn Rooms are NOT pet friendly, however the Cabins (Acadia Tree and Trail Collection), Eagles Nest, and Ravens Nest are pet friendly with an additional fee.
