TERMS & CONDITIONS

HOUSE RULES:

• Guests are required to sign the Rental Agreement.
  
• Guests are required to upload a valid ID for verification.
• Guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver (covering accidental damages) or a refundable security deposit hold.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Full Charge - Full Stay - If canceled within 14 days of arrival.
• Partial Charge - 6% of Full Stay - If canceled within 365 days of arrival.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:

• Check-in is after 4pm. Check out is at 10:00 A.M. Late checkout (12pm) is available for a fee of $150.
• The Bluff House Inn is a "Self Check-in" style resort. Your reservation information will be sent to both your email and your cell phone.

PET POLICY:

• The Inn Rooms and Eagles Nest are NOT pet friendly, however the Cabins (Acadia Tree and Trail Collection), and Ravens Nest are pet friendly with an additional fee.
